This is a relationship-led role, responsible for onboarding new clients and then managing the ongoing relationship. You will be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring they are successfully set up, supported throughout the process and receive a high level of service once they are live. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within recruitment finance, invoice finance, factoring or a similar commercial finance environment, combined with strong client management and onboarding experience.
