Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Client Account Manager to work for a company in Wallingford, OxfordshireRole: Client Account ManagerSalary: £38,000 - £50,000Location: Wallingford, OxfordshireHours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pmKey Responsibilities of the Client Account Manager:Client Account ManagementManage a defined portfolio of existing clients.Act as a regular point of contact for assigned clients and maintain ongoingcommunication regarding sales opportunities, maintenance, and other potential works.Attend client meetings and site visits as required to maintain relationships andunderstand site requirements.Maintain awareness of client sites, system conditions, and potential futurerequirements.Site Surveys and Identifying WorksAttend client sites to carry out surveys and inspections of systemswhere work may be required.Identify potential repairs, upgrades, lifecycle replacements, and compliance relatedworks.Liaise with internal technical teams where necessary to confirm scope orspecification of works.Quotations and Opportunity ManagementPrepare and submit quotations for works identified during surveys or clientdiscussions.Work with the Sales Administration to ensure quotes and supportingdocumentation are produced accurately and in a timely manner.Follow up submitted quotations and manage sales pipeline.Maintain visibility of open opportunities and expected timelines for clientdecisions.Coordination With Internal TeamsProvide clear information ..... full job details .....
