Roles & Responsibilities Inspect reinforcement, formwork, concrete, structural steel and associated civil/structural works. Carry out pre-pour, installation and quality inspections and verify works against approved drawings and specifications. Check dimensions, levels, line, tolerances, reinforcement, cover, fixings and finishes. Identify and report defective or non-compliant work and monitor corrective actions through to close-out. Monitor concrete works, including delivery, slump, temperature, cube testing and curing. Ensure materials and workmanship meet the required standards and project specifications. Liaise with site management, engineers, consultants and the client to resolve quality issues. Maintain clear records of inspections, defects, photographs and completed works. Carry out regular site walks to identify issues early and promote a right-first-time approach.
