About You The successful candidates will have: • Building construction knowledge. • Knowledge of the CDM regulations. • Knowledge of building and planning regulations. • Experience working in a similar role within a building construction or refurbishment environment. • A working knowledge of health and safety legislation and bring any shortfalls observed to the attention of the person(s) concerned, as well as the Project Manager. • An attention to detail and a fo...
