This position is suited to a construction professional with site inspection and reporting experience who can represent client interests throughout project delivery. The role offers remote working, project variety and involvement from site commencement through to completion.Role and ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients during project deliveryUndertake regular site inspectionsProduce detailed inspection reportsReview drawings and specificationsMonitor defects through to resolutionTrack progress against contract programmesRaise health and safety concernsAttend project and site meetingsLiaise with contractors and consultantsSupport NEC Supervisor dutiesSkills and Experience RequiredExperience in a similar construction roleStrong construction and technical knowledgeUnderstanding of Building RegulationsAbility to interpret technical documentationKnowledge of site health and safetyStrong written and verbal communicationExperience across varied project typesICWCI membership desirableNEC Supervisor experience advantageousFull UK driving licenceSalary and BenefitsSalary of 40,000 - 50,000Mileage allowanceCompany car option25 days holiday plus bank ..... full job details .....
