Clerk of Works Mechanical and Electrical Salary: £41,487 £44,700 per annum Contract: Permanent, Full-time Location: West Yorkshire travel across the region required The Role We are seeking an experienced Clerk of Works Mechanical and Electrical to provide technical assurance and oversight across a diverse and operational estate. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled building services professional to play a key role in ensuring that mechanical and electrical works are delivered safely, compliantly and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will work across approximately 100 operational and specialist buildings, providing in-house technical assurance, undertaking site inspections, overseeing contractors and monitoring compliance across construction, refurbishment, planned and reactive maintenance, and major installations. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, consultants, contractors and other technical specialists to maintain high standards across the estate and support the successful delivery of projects and maintenance programmes. The role will be based primarily in the Wakefield area, with regular travel required throughout West Yorkshire.
