The consultancy provides services to both private and public sector clients across project management, cost consultancy, CDM/Health and Safety, fire safety, building surveying, and building control, operating nationwide from multiple UK offices. Their quality and inspection team plays a key role in maintaining high standards across residential, commercial, and refurbishment projects. This position will report into senior leadership and offers strong long-term progression as the business continues to expand. Role and ResponsibilitiesUndertake regular site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and UK building regulationsMonitor contractor workmanship, materials, and construction methodsIdentify and report defects, non-compliance, or deviations from agreed standardsProvide technical guidance to contractors and project teamsProduce clear and detailed inspection reportsSupport quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiativesLiaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders throughout project deliveryRequired Skills and ExperienceProven experience as a Clerk of Works or in a similar construction/site inspection roleMRICS or MICWCI ..... full job details .....
