The successful person will travel directly from home to sites, with no requirement to report routinely to an office. There will be very occasional travel to the London head office.You ll play a key role in maintaining construction quality, compliance and workmanship standards across predominantly residential new-build and refurbishment projects. Working independently, you ll undertake regular inspections, monitor progress and produce clear, detailed reports for clients, Employer s Agents and Project Managers.
