They have a solid reputation for winning repeat work, and there''s real potential for progression to a management level in the business for the right candidate.As Clerk of Works your responsibilities will include:Working on education, commercial, and residential projectsA mix of Clerk of Works and NEC4 Supervisor services depending on the projectUndertaking NEC4 Supervisor duties for projects under NEC contractsRepresenting clients on site, updating on quality standards through weekly reportsReviewing drawings, ensuring projects meet specifications, raising any discrepanciesMonitoring progress against the contract programmeReporting on health and safety concerns and general site conditionsIdentifying and following up on defectsTHE CANDIDATEThe ideal Clerk of Works will possess the following qualifications and skillsMember of ICWCI and/or NEC4 Supervisor AccreditationExperience on education, commercial, and/or residential projects as Clerk of Works or NEC SupervisorAbility to read technical drawings and interpret contract programmesKnowledge of site health and safety proceduresExperience in technical building design and Building RegulationsFamiliarity with ..... full job details .....
