This is an excellent opportunity for a Façade Consultant / Clerk of Works with Façade specialism with strong construction-stage experience to work on live cladding remediation and façade projects across London and the wider region. The successful Façade Consultant will join a highly skilled consultancy team delivering technical, quality assurance and Clerk of Works-style services across residential, mixed-use, student accommodation, university and college schemes, including medium and high-risk buildings. The Façade Clerk of Works Role The successful Façade Clerk will work closely with the Head of Façade Consultancy and wider project teams to ensure façade and cladding remediation works are delivered in line with design intent, regulatory requirements and industry best practice.
