An SME, delivering multi-disciplinary construction consultancy services to public residential clients, are seeking a Clerk Of Works, to join the London team on a hybrid basis.

The Clerk of Works role
As the successful Clerk of Works, you’ll ensure the quality of new build and refurbishment projects, including internal and external decent homework, compartmentation and cladding remediation schemes.
The Clerk of Works will be responsible for regular site visits with the M25 corridor, ensuring that they are in accordance with the specifications and conditions of the contract.

Education and qualification
- A member of the ICWCI or equivalent construction related professional body (CIOB, C Build Eng)
- CSCS card
Skills and attributes
- Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- IT literate
