This is a hands-on, site-based and client-facing role for a practitioner who enjoys being embedded on projects, building trusted relationships, and influencing quality outcomes in real time. You ll work with privately owned clients who value quality and act on professional feedback. You will assist the Circle Quality team to oversee build quality from early construction through to Practical Completion and the Defects Liability Period, ensuring works comply with Employer s Requirements, drawings, specifications, building regulations and home warranty standards.
