The Freelance Clerk of Works will act as the key link between site operations and Contracts Managers, ensuring works are progressing smoothly and that materials, plant, and labour are in place to maintain programme delivery. This Freelance Clerk of Works role will involve overseeing day-to-day site activity, monitoring quality and progress, coordinating with subcontractors, and reporting on site performance across multiple live projects.
