Clerk of Works On behalf of a well established, award winning independent multidisciplinary consultancy, they are seeking a Clerk of Works to support with various facade and cladding projects across London and within the m25. The Clerk of Works role The successful clerk of works will work on primarily cladding projects and new build residential builds. Previous experience in both is essential. Further responsibilities of the clerk of works includes: Studying contract drawings and schedulesCompliance with fire safety regulations, building safety compliance and CDM 2015 guidanceAdvise on health and safety on the projectsIdentifying fire safety risks Liaise with the Surveyors, Architects and Project Managers on the projectsLiaise with Employers agent to ensure standards are adhered toCheck contractor/subcontractor work and report back to Project ManagerWriting concise reportsICWCI qualified and/or relevant HNC or BSc In Return Salary: £50,000 - £60,00025 days annual leavePrivate medical insuranceLife insurancePensionHealthcare planCycle to work schemeSocial environment If you are a Clerk of Works, considering your career opportunities, please contact Megan Cole at Brandon James.
