      <description>Location: Bath | Salary: &amp;pound;50000 - &amp;pound;55000/annum | Type: Permanent | Clerk of Works   A chartered surveying firm are currently seeking an experienced Clerk of Works to fulfil inspections on social housing contracts across Bristol and the surrounding area.   Clerk of Works Role/Responsibilities    Undertake regular inspections of construction projects.  Monitor and report on project progress, quality and workmanship.  Produce high-quality professional reports supported by clear photographic evidence.  Verify that works comply with contractual drawings, employer''s requirements, warranty standards and Building Regulations.  Identify and raise defects, discrepancies and quality concerns.  Take ownership of defect trackers within site visit reports.  Proactively obtain updates from site teams and ensure defect records remain accurate and current.  Manage and undertake snagging, de-snagging and end-of-defects-liability-period inspections.  Maintain project records in line with internal filing systems and quality assurance procedures.
