Contract: Temp ongoing, Possibly lead to a Permanant opportunity Hours: Monday to Friday 39 hours a week Pay rates: From £19.27 PAYE or £25.00 Umbrella Duties To carry out property condition surveys and pre-inspection of necessary repairs. To prepare reports, schedules, quantities, costs and diagrams as appropriate Undertake post-inspection of building work and ensure that works have been correctly carried out and quantities and charges applied appropriately. Assist the Property Services Manager in the preparation of specifications and other tender documentation to ensure best value in relation to price and quality. Oversee works on site and to undertake role of Clerk of Works.
