Clerk of Works Hybrid - Milton Keynes £47,656 (plus car allowance of £2,750.28) Permanent, Full-time role We''re looking for an experienced Clerk of Works to help deliver high-quality new homes across Amplius'' South Region. This role would suit someone currently working as a Clerk of Works, Construction Quality Inspector, New Build Inspector, Building Quality Inspector, Site Finishing Foreman or Construction Quality Consultant. You ll use your expertise in quality assurance and site inspections to support our team in identifying defects, maintain standards and support quality from construction through to handover. Experience inspecting social housing developments would be particularly valuable. Salary: £47,656 per year (plus car allowance of £2,750.28) Contract: Permanent, full time Your week: 36.25 hours - Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 5pm Location: Hybrid weekly presence at our Milton Keynes office This role will involve travel in and around Amplius South Region (Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire).
