      <description>Location: Wellington | Salary: 55000.00-55000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Our client is a well-established contractor delivering planned maintenance, refurbishment, retrofit and decarbonisation projects for Housing Associations and Local Authorities across the Midlands. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Clerk of Works to oversee the quality of works being delivered across multiple live construction sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong practical construction background who enjoys being on site, identifying issues before they become problems and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards. The Role Reporting to the Senior Management Team, you will act as the client''s quality representative, carrying out regular inspections throughout the construction process to ensure workmanship, materials and health and safety standards meet specification. You will work closely with Contracts Managers, subcontractors and client representatives, providing technical guidance and ensuring works are delivered right first time.
