Temporary Administrative Support Officer Location: Gloucester - GL1 Start Date: 3rd November 2025 Contract Length: 6 months (end date currently May 2026) Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm) Pay rate: 13.73 per hour Work Arrangement: Fully onsite (free parking available on a first-come, first-served basis)Are you highly organised, detail-focused and experienced in administration or customer service? We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join the First Registrations Support Team on a 6-month temporary assignment, supporting essential operational and administrative tasks.About the RoleAs an Administrative Support Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth handling of applications and providing vital clerical support to the wider team.Key responsibilities include:Distributing and allocating applications to the appropriate teamsLiaising with operational teams to escalate applications when necessaryMaintaining and updating application tracking listsPerforming local scanning and printing tasksHandling customer correspondence when requiredAccurately recording actions using the Points Arising Screen (PAS) systemSupporting process improvements by identifying recurring issues or gaps in documentationCompleting general administrative duties as needed Please note - successful applicants would need to undergo a DBS check and 3 years of referencing.
