You''ll be part of the Operational Services Team, helping deliver an effective refuse collection, street cleansing, and amenity collection service across the local area.Hours: 06:00-14:00, 37 hours per weekStart date: 31 August 2026Location: Unit 5 Blaris Industrial Estate, Altona Road, Lisburn, BT27 5QBPay: 13.69 per hour (PAYE) What you''ll be doingLitter picking, manual sweeping, and clearing litter/debris from roads, pavements, and public spacesHousehold and commercial waste collection, bulky item collections, and removal of illegally dumped wasteWinter duties such as gritting and snow clearance when requiredActing as first point of contact for your crew, relaying instructions from supervisorsCompleting daily paperwork accuratelyDelivering great customer service to members of the publicFollowing all health and safety and road traffic regulations, including correct use of PPE What we''re looking forAt least 1 year''s experience in manual workPrevious experience in waste collection, street cleansing, or a similar fieldUnderstanding of waste handling and health and safety guidelinesReliable, flexible, and comfortable working as part of a crewEligible to work in the UK Interview processA short, ..... full job details .....
