Job Title: Cleanroom Validation Engineer

Location: Gravesend, Kent

Salary/Benefits: -30k - -50k + Training & Benefits

A leading name within the Critical Ventilation industry is recruiting for a highly experienced Cleanroom Validation Engineer. They are ideally seeking someone in the South East of England, who is flexible to travel in line with company needs. The ideal candidate will hold robust technical knowledge, in addition to a keen eye for detail, ensuring works are completed to a high standard. You will be joining a successful and respected name within the industry, who are known for investing in their staff, providing thorough training routes and development plans. Experience / Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience as a Cleanroom Validation Engineer
• Ideally will hold the CP and / or AP
• It would be advantageous to hold the BOHS P601
• Good working knowledge of HTM 0301 guidelines
• Experience working across Healthcare / Medical and Pharmaceutical premises
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

The Role:

• Carrying out validations on cleanrooms within healthcare/medical/pharmaceutical premises
• Validations of fume hoods, safety cabinets and downflows
• Testing on laminar flows
• HEPA and DOP filter testing
• Airflow velocity tests
• Particle counting
• Calibrating equipment
• Fault finding on systems and making approriate recomendations for repairs
• Completing regular service reports
• Working in line with HTM 0301, COSHH and HSG 258 guidelines
