Project Manager - CleanroomsLocation: South-EastSalary: 60,000 + Company Vehicle + BenefitsAn established specialist contractor is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of cleanroom and controlled environment projects. The business provides design and construction solutions for pharmaceutical, healthcare, laboratory and advanced manufacturing facilities, incorporating specialist HVAC, mechanical and electrical services. The role will involve coordinating projects from design through installation, commissioning and handover, working closely with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients. You will help ensure projects are delivered to agreed programmes, budgets, technical specifications and quality standards.RequirementsProject management experience within mechanical building services, HVAC, MandE or specialist constructionGood technical understanding of HVAC, ventilation or associated building servicesExperience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teamsStrong understanding of project programmes, budgets and commercial requirementsConfident interpreting technical drawings, specifications and project documentationGood client communication and organisational skillsCleanroom, pharmaceutical, laboratory or controlled environment project experience advantageousComfortable travelling to project sites as requiredPackageUp to 60,000 basic salaryCompany vehicleTravel, hotel and business expenses reimbursed20 days annual leave, increasing ..... full job details .....
