Cleanroom Production Operative Cleanroom Operative Production Operative Manufacturing Operative Cardiff (CF14) £14.54 per Hour 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday Full-Time Initial 3-Month Assignment Introduction Acorn by Synergie is working with a global life sciences company seeking Cleanroom Production Operatives on a full-time basis in Cardiff (CF14). This position is initially expected to run for three months and could continue beyond this for the right candidates. What We Offer £14.54 per hour. Full-time position. Monday to Friday working pattern. Morning and afternoon shifts, 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm. Opportunity for long-term work for the right candidates. Opportunity to work with a global life sciences company. Key Duties Read and follow work procedures and schematics or receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed. Perform manufacturing and assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions and process aid sheets. Maintain required daily output. Run manual and semi-automated equipment and ensure production targets are met. Work with team leads, engineers, supervisors and managers to improve quality and process efficiency. Carry out other duties as assigned and participate in quality activities, training sessions and employee activity teams as required.
