As a Site Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the campus is well-maintained, both inside and out, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and waste management.Day-to-Day of the Role:Routine Maintenance: Empty and clean bins in residential accommodations, follow daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning schedules, and carry out litter picking and external cleaning activities.Operational Support: Drive University vehicles for delivery and collection of cleaning services materials, respond to reactive requests for furniture movement or minor maintenance, and maintain cleanliness of vehicles and equipment.Safety and Compliance: Operate cleaning equipment safely, maintain secure handling of keys and access equipment, and adhere to health and safety policies including risk assessments and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).Customer Interaction: Provide high standards of customer care, assist with queries in a professional manner, and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.Environmental Responsibility: Uphold the University''s Environmental Policy by practicing efficient waste management and energy-saving measures.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience: Previous ..... full job details .....
