      <description>Location: Grays | Salary: 32500.00-32500.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Cleaning Supervisor Location: Thurrock Food Court Hours: 4x on 4x off (6am-6pm) and (10am-10pm) Salary: £32,500 per annum We are looking for a confident and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at a shopping centre in Thurrock, for this newly created role. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the cleaning operation within the busy food court, leading and supporting a dedicated team to deliver the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service. The Role As Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the food court cleaning team, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. You will play a key role in motivating your team, maintaining excellent communication, and creating a positive working environment.
