Cleaning Supervisor

Cleaning Supervisor Location: Dover Salary: £14.50 per hour Contract: Permanent Start Date: 17th August 2026 DBS: Valid Basic DBS required We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join a team in Dover on a permanent basis. This is a part-time position with responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operation and supporting the wider cleaning team. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 5:00pm 8:00pm Friday: 1:00pm 5:00pm Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support the cleaning team to ensure high standards are consistently maintained Allocate daily cleaning duties and manage staff rotas Carry out regular quality checks and ensure tasks are completed to the required standard Monitor cleaning stock and report any equipment or maintenance issues Ensure Health and Safety and COSHH procedures are followed Provide training and support to cleaning team members where required Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day cleaning operations Assist with cleaning duties when required Requirements: Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory or team leader position A current and valid Basic DBS Good organisational and communication skills Reliable and responsible approach to work Ability to lead a team while also being hands-on when required About Morgan Jones: Morgan Jones Limited acts as an employment agency.
