The role combines hands-on duties with operational leadership, driving quality standards, statutory compliance, sustainability goals, and excellent service delivery. What the Role Involves: Supervise and motivate cleaning operatives across shifts, ensuring high standards and compliance with cleaning procedures. Plan daily rotas and staffing, coordinating agency support when required. Oversee cleaning of classrooms, offices, libraries, washrooms, receptions, and external areas.
