Cleaning Supervisor Stamford£29,000 per annum 12:30pm 8:30pm StamfordInteraction Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor on behalf of our client based in Stamford.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cleaning professional looking to take the next step into a supervisory role with a well-established company.Working Hours: Monday to Friday12:30pm 8:30pm Salary: Circa £29,000 per annum Key Responsibilities: Supervising and supporting the cleaning team to ensure high standards are maintained.Organising daily workloads and ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.Carrying out quality checks and maintaining health and safety standards.Providing hands-on support and covering cleaning duties when required.Stepping in to cover staff absences at short notice when necessary. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous supervisory experience within a cleaning environment.A strong understanding of commercial cleaning standards and procedures.A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach to work.The ability to lead by example and motivate a team.Willingness to pitch in and cover operational duties as needed.
