About the Role We are seeking a reliable and experienced Domestic Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. Working alongside the Domestic Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day cleaning operation, supporting and supervising the Domestic team to ensure the highest standards are consistently achieved. This is a hands-on role where you will lead by example, taking an active role in cleaning duties while ensuring effective schedules, teamwork, and safe working practices are maintained across the school. You will be responsible for promoting a positive team culture, ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures, and helping to create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
