Location: Leeds Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:00pm Contract: Temporary expected to run until April 2027 Potential: Further work or permanent position available for the right person Andy File Associates are working on behalf of our client to recruit a Hands-On Cleaning Supervisor to support a major build-clean contract in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cleaner or cleaning supervisor who enjoys being hands-on, takes pride in their work and is confident leading a team within a busy construction environment. The Role As Hands-On Cleaning Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the cleaning team while also taking responsibility for coordinating the day-to-day cleaning operation and reporting progress to the Operations Manager. Cleaning is a key part of the role. You will be expected to clean alongside the team every day and lead by example. You will only step away from cleaning when attending meetings, completing site walkabouts, carrying out paperwork or taking photographs of completed work. Key Responsibilities Work hands-on as part of the cleaning team, carrying out build-clean duties to a high standard. Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team and allocate daily tasks.
