Reporting directly to the Head of Housekeeping Services, the Supervisor will work collaboratively within a dynamic team to deliver high-quality, efficient services. This involves overseeing the day-to-day management of cleaning staff within a designated area, ensuring all duties are carried out in line with UNIVERSITY policies, procedures and service level agreements. This position requires a hands-on approach, coupled with excellent communication skills across all levels of the UNIVERSITY community.
