Domestic Cleaning Supervisor Location: Maidenhead, SL6 6AW Hours: Full time, permanent - Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm Salary: £15.25 per hour Start: As soon as possible Are you an experienced cleaning professional with strong supervisory skills? We are looking for a Domestic Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness across our sites in Maidenhead. About the Role We are seeking a reliable and experienced Domestic Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day cleaning operation, supporting and supervising the cleaning team to ensure the highest standards are consistently achieved. This is a hands-on role where you will lead by example, taking an active role in cleaning duties while ensuring effective schedules, teamwork, and safe working practices are maintained. You will be responsible for promoting a positive team culture, ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures, and helping to create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and service users.
