CLEANING SUPERVIOUR

Cleaning Supervisor duties managing cleaning staff, ensuring quality work and maintaining a safe and clean enviroment and working with the estates team to ensure that the school is well maintained, clean and safe at all times.

Staff Management

Training identify needs and train cleaning staff on service standards

Scheduling plan and assign work schedules for cleaners

Task reassignment reassign tasks when needed

To observe and have a good understanding of Health and Safety regulations

Monitoring and appraise job results

Conduct quality checks

Conduct quality control to ensure work meets standard

To manage the cleaning equipment materials and stock levels.
