The role involves working across residential properties to ensure homes are clean, safe, well-maintained, and presented to a high standard for tenants, landlords, and housing clients. This is a mobile role covering properties across the Birmingham area, therefore candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and be confident travelling independently between sites.
