Cleaning Operative Permanent Full Time About the Role We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cleaning Operative to join SEFM Ltd, delivering high-quality cleaning services at Bournemouth and Poole College''s Poole campus. Working 37.5 hours per week on a permanent contract, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. As part of the Estates Team, you''ll contribute to a supportive and inclusive workplace that values respect, equality, and a shared passion for excellence. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness using sustainable practices. What You''ll Be Doing Delivering a "best in class" cleaning service across the College estate Following company procedures, including all health and safety requirements Cleaning a variety of areas including classrooms, offices, corridors, kitchens, toilets, and washrooms Carrying out waste removal and maintaining hygiene standards throughout Completing weekly deep cleans of designated areas Operating cleaning machinery such as carpet cleaners and hard floor equipment Ensuring all cleaning equipment is maintained in a clean and hygienic condition Working to a structured daily cleaning schedule and supporting wider team tasks as required What We''re Looking For At least 2 years'' experience in a cleaning role (experience in an education setting is desirable) Good knowledge of cleaning ..... full job details .....
