Shift Pattern:

Monday - Friday day shift 7:00 am to 4:00 pm and night shift 10:45 pm to 6:45 am

35 hours per week

PAY RATE: -15.67 per hour

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE-

The role currently involves-day shifts from 7:00am to 4:00pm, with flexibility to work-night shifts from 10:45pm to 6:45am-as required. Applicants must be comfortable and willing working both-day and night shifts.

To provide high-quality cleaning services across various sites, covering staff absences, holidays, sickness, and-additional-cleaning requirements. The Relief Cleaning Operative-is responsible for-maintaining-clean, safe, and hygienic environments while ensuring company standards and client expectations are met.-

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

• Carry out general cleaning duties including:

- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.-

- Dusting and wiping surfaces.-

- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.-

- Cleaning toilets, washrooms, and replenishing consumables.-

- Cleaning kitchens, staff areas, and communal spaces.-

- Sanitising-touchpoints and high-traffic areas.-

• Clean 5 bedrooms and-en-suite bathrooms.-

• Follow cleaning schedules and work instructions.-

• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and-in accordance with-COSHH regulations.-

• Report maintenance issues, accidents, damages, or health and safety concerns to management.-

• Ensure all work is completed to the required quality standards.-

• Lock and secure premises where-required.-

• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and report shortages.-

• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.-

Health & Safety-

• Comply with-all company health and safety policies and procedures.-

• Wear-appropriate PPE-when-required.-

• Ensure safe storage and handling of cleaning chemicals.-

• Report incidents, hazards, and near misses promptly.-

Skills and Experience-

Essential-

• Previous-cleaning experience in a commercial, office, retail, healthcare, or educational environment.-

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.-

• Good attention to detail.-

• Reliable, flexible, and punctual.-

• Good communication-skills.-

• Ability to travel between sites.-

Desirable-

• Knowledge of COSHH regulations.-

• Experience using commercial cleaning equipment.-
