About the Role We''re looking for an experienced Cleaning Lead to oversee cleaning operations across a premium corporate campus. This is a hands-on leadership role where you''ll lead cleaning teams, maintain exceptional standards, drive service performance and ensure a safe, productive and sustainable workplace environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and support cleaning teams. Oversee daily, evening and periodic cleaning. Manage cleaning schedules and planners. Maintain high service standards. Conduct regular quality audits. Manage reactive cleaning requests. Coordinate specialist contractors. Monitor stock and consumables. Ensure Health and Safety compliance. Support sustainability initiatives. Work closely with clients and suppliers. Provide hands-on cleaning support when required. About You You''ll be an experienced cleaning professional who enjoys leading teams and driving high standards. You''ll Have: Supervisory or team leadership experience. Strong cleaning and housekeeping knowledge. Experience managing rotas and workloads. Excellent time management skills. A positive, customer-focused approach. Strong communication skills. Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements. Experience working with contractors and suppliers. A proactive and hands-on attitude. Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
