Cleaning Deputy Manager

Location: Based at sites across London, Stratford, Ebbsfleet and Singlewell Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience. Cleaning Deputy Manager Transport Division We are looking for a Cleaning Deputy Manager to Support the Account Lead in managing a large transport contract based at St Pancras with travel to Stratford, Ebbsfleet, and Singlewell. You will manage a team of 5 Duty Managers to ensure cleaning standards are met and maintained to the highest level. No two days will be the same. When you re dealing with people there s never a dull moment, and you ll use your strong interpersonal skills to support and develop your team. Key Responsibilities As Cleaning Deputy Manager, you ll be: Directly managing Duty Managers within the account to ensure cleaning standards are met and maintained to the highest level. Ensuring development, support, mentoring and effective performance is proactively and efficiently managed for the direct reports, in line with company standards. Carrying out ad-hoc and regular activity such as projects, reports, audits as required and to support the Account Lead. Managing key (high profile/value) accounts within the operating region to including, managing staffing level, subcontracts, training staff in Health and Safety and update records.
