Cleaning and Security Services TrainerLocation: Central LondonSalary: 39,076 - 43,909 per annum (inclusive of London Weighting)Contract: Full-Time, PermanentWorking Pattern: Fully On-SiteThe OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Cleaning and Security Services Trainer to join a busy operational services team.This role is responsible for coordinating, developing, and delivering training programmes across Cleaning and Security teams, ensuring employees have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to perform their roles to the highest standards.Working closely with operational managers and key stakeholders, you will play a key role in supporting workforce development, maintaining training compliance, and driving continuous improvement across a large and diverse workforce.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced trainer with a background in Facilities Management, Security, Cleaning Operations, Learning and Development, or another service-led environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining DeliveryDeliver engaging classroom, practical, and workplace-based training sessions.Facilitate operational training programmes for Cleaning and Security teams.Deliver toolbox talks, refresher training, and skills development sessions.Support induction programmes for new starters.Adapt training delivery to meet evolving operational requirements.Training CoordinationPlan and maintain training schedules and calendars.Coordinate training activities across multiple ..... full job details .....
