Cleaning Account Manager

Monday to Friday (with flexibility to work until 7:00pm) £33,500 per annum plus company car Overseeing sites in Colchester, Harwich and Ipswich We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our thriving East Anglia Division, overseeing 14 sites across a diverse portfolio of primary schools, secondary schools, and office locations. In this varied and rewarding role, you will lead and support a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring exceptional service delivery and high operational standards across all sites. No two days are the same, and your leadership, organisational, and people management skills will play a key role in driving performance, building strong customer relationships, and creating a positive working environment for your team.
