Cleaner

Our client is looking for a reliable and experienced Cleaner to work across domestic properties within Northumberland.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out full cleans of domestic void properties
• Cleaning, stocking, and supplying designated areas, including:
  • Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
  • Kitchen and bathroom / restroom cleaning
• Completing routine inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Undertaking deep cleans and occasional special cleaning projects
• Reporting any maintenance issues, damage, or repair needs to management
• Ensuring supply rooms are stocked and kept organised
• Working collaboratively with other team members
• Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
• Correct disposal of waste in line with company procedures

Person Specification

• Previous experience in a cleaning or labouring role is essential
• Full UK driving licence is-required
