The role supports the day-to-day operation of the site and helps provide a positive and welcoming environment for employees, visitors and contractors. Key Responsibilities Cleaning and Facilities Carry out cleaning activities across office areas, meeting rooms, warehouse areas, kitchen facilities, washrooms and communal spaces. Ensure washroom products and cleaning supplies are regularly checked and replenished. Maintain site refreshments and provisions for employees and visitors. Empty and recycle waste and recycling bins appropriately. Identify and report maintenance, safety, cleaning or housekeeping issues promptly. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation throughout the workplace. Office Support Support the preparation and coordination of meeting rooms for customer visits, meetings and events, including room set-up and clear-down. Assist with receiving and sending mail.
