Our client, a well-respected housing provider, is seeking an experienced Cleaner to join their voids (empty properties) team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well managed, people focussed organsiation with fantastic benefits and opportunotities for development. Responsibilities include: Deep clean vacant properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and living areas. Remove rubbish and leftover items from properties. Report any damage, repairs, or health and safety concerns identified during cleaning. Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and in accordance with company procedures. Work alongside maintenance and repairs teams to ensure properties meet lettable standards. Maintain accurate records of completed work when required You Will Need: Previous cleaning experience, preferably in housing, property, facilities, or void cleaning. Good attention to detail and ability to work independently. Knowledge of safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Good time management and reliability.
