Cleaner andndash; Primary School in Isle of Sheppey

We are currently recruiting a reliable and committed Cleaner to join one of our partnered primary schools in Sittingbourne. This long-term opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail. While previous experience in a school setting is beneficial, it is not essential, general cleaning experience, punctuality, and a positive attitude are what matter most.

Contract: Flexible with timing and able to work from 12- 6pm Monday andndash; Friday

Salary: andpound;95 - andpound;105 per day

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal areas
• Perform daily cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal
• Ensure hygiene standards are upheld in line with school policies
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to site management
• Work independently and as part of a team to ensure a safe and clean environment for pupils and staff

Qualifications andamp; Experience

• Previous cleaning experience in schools, offices, or public buildings andndash; preferred but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning schedules
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term work
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
