Cleaner Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm Location: Newton Abbot Core Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 14:00 (35 hours per week) Hourly Rate: £12.71 We are seeking a diligent Cleaner to join our team, providing high-quality cleaning services across both domestic and commercial settings. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a high level of care, as you will be working in people''s homes. A driving license is advantageous as you may be required to drive company vehicles. This position offers a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate. Day-to-day of the role: Perform cleaning tasks based on specified standards across various environments including homes and commercial spaces. Use cleaning supplies and equipment to keep interiors looking clean and professional. Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards. Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies. Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances. Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience. Adhere to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: Prior cleaning experience in domestic or commercial settings is advantageous. Familiarity with COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations preferred. Strong attention to detail and diligence, especially when working in private homes.
