Job Title: Site Cleaner / Welfare Cleaner

Location: Dartford, Kent (DA1 / DA2)

Start Date: Early October 2026 (Monday, 5th October 2026)

Contract Duration: Ongoing / Long-Term

Pay Rate: -13.50 - -15.00 per hour (dependent on pay type)

We are recruiting a reliable, detail-oriented Site Cleaner for an ongoing construction project in Dartford, starting at the beginning of October 2026.

This role involves maintaining clean, hygienic, and organized welfare facilities across the site, offering steady full-time hours and consistent weekly pay through the autumn and winter months.

• Regular cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of site canteens, drying rooms, offices, and toilet facilities.

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and emptying waste bins/recycling points daily.

• Restocking welfare supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet rolls, hand sanitizer).

• Deep cleaning high-touch surfaces and ensuring site facilities meet health, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Assisting with light site tidying around offices and welfare cabins when required.

• Valid CSCS Card (Preferred for active site welfare cleaning, but Green Labourer/CSCS required for site cabin access).

• Full PPE (Steel toe boots, high-vis vest/jacket, hard hat, and safety gloves).

• Previous experience in commercial, industrial, or construction site welfare cleaning.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently off a daily cleaning schedule.

• Right to work in the UK.

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM / 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours per week).

• Start Date: Early October 2026.

• Duration: Long-term / ongoing work.

• Weekly pay via PAYE, Umbrella, or CIS options.
