Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent (TN1 / TN2)

Start Date: Early October 2026 (Monday, 5th October 2026)

Contract Duration: Ongoing / Long-Term

Pay Rate: -13.50 - -15.00 per hour (dependent on pay type)

We are recruiting a reliable, hard-working Site Cleaner for an ongoing project in Tunbridge Wells, starting at the beginning of October 2026.

This role involves maintaining clean, safe, and hygienic site welfare facilities, providing consistent daily hours and steady weekly pay through the autumn and winter months.

• Regular cleaning, sanitizing, and mopping of site canteens, drying rooms, offices, and toilet facilities.

• Sweeping, vacuuming, and emptying waste and recycling bins daily.

• Monitoring and restocking welfare consumables (hand soap, paper towels, toilet rolls, hand sanitizer).

• Deep cleaning touchpoints and high-traffic areas to maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Assisting with general site tidying around office and cabin access routes.

• Valid CSCS Card (Preferred for active construction sites / site cabin access).

• Full PPE (Steel toe boots, high-vis vest/jacket, hard hat, and safety gloves).

• Previous experience in commercial, industrial, or construction site welfare cleaning.

• Punctual, dependable, and able to work off your own initiative.

• Right to work in the UK.

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM / 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours per week).

• Start Date: Early October 2026.

• Duration: Long-term ongoing work.

• Weekly pay via PAYE, Umbrella, or CIS options.
