You''ll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout a luxury development comprising 82 high-end apartments, ensuring communal areas remain clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors. Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain all communal areas, including entrance lobbies, corridors, stairwells and lift areas. Vacuum, mop, dust and polish all designated areas. Clean communal kitchens, welfare areas and washrooms. Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with site procedures. Clean internal glass, doors and fixtures. Replenish consumables and cleaning supplies as required. Report maintenance issues or health and safety concerns to the property management team. Assist with apartment handover cleans when required.
