About the Role

An established property investment company is looking to recruit a permanent Cleaner to join their in-house team at a prestigious residential development in Kilburn.

This is a client-direct opportunity, working for the building owner rather than through a cleaning contractor. You''ll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout a luxury development comprising 82 high-end apartments, ensuring communal areas remain clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all communal areas, including entrance lobbies, corridors, stairwells and lift areas.
• Vacuum, mop, dust and polish all designated areas.
• Clean communal kitchens, welfare areas and washrooms.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with site procedures.
• Clean internal glass, doors and fixtures.
• Replenish consumables and cleaning supplies as required.
• Report maintenance issues or health and safety concerns to the property management team.
• Assist with apartment handover cleans when required.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure all work is completed safely.
• Deliver a professional and friendly service to residents and visitors.

• Previous cleaning experience within residential, commercial, hospitality or facilities management.
• High attention to detail and pride in maintaining exceptional standards.
• Reliable, punctual and well presented.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities.
• Knowledge of COSHH and the safe use of cleaning products is desirable.
