Cleaner

Manpower are currently looking for a Cleaner for our client based in Heanor - Derbyshire
hours of work are 6am - 3pm Monday to Friday -13.00 per hour
Duties include

• Carry out routine and deep cleaning of production plant, machinery, floors, walls, and associated equipment in line with site hygiene and safety procedures
• Ensure all equipment is thoroughly cleaned and ready for use in accordance with the production schedule, minimising downtime and supporting efficient operations
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly in full compliance with COSHH guidelines, maintaining accurate cleaning records and documentation at all times
• Identify and promptly report any equipment damage, leaks, or abnormalities to the supervisor or maintenance team to ensure a safe working environment
• Support waste disposal, housekeeping activities, and preparation of areas for maintenance, including basic isolation tasks once fully trained
• Collaborate closely with production and maintenance teams to continuously identify opportunities to improve cleaning standards, processes, and overall site hygiene
